In a remarkable display of unity, leadership, and commitment to youth empowerment, Haryana Minister of State for Youth Empowerment and Entrepreneurship and Sports Sh Gaurav Gautam, visited the vibrant gathering of Cubs and Bulbuls at the National Youth Complex in Gadpuri, Palwal.
This visit took place on the third day of the Youth-Led Action on Climate Change (SEWOCON) event, being held at Vishwa Yuvak Kendra from February 20 to 24, 2025. Under the auspices of the Ministry of External Affairs, the participants were on an enriching educational tour to the BIMSTEC Centre in Noida before heading to the National Youth Complex in Gadpuri, Palwal.
The evening was filled with excitement and patriotism as they were welcomed with a spirited Band performance from the Bharat Scouts and Guides.Sh Gaurav Gautam graced the valedictory function and grand campfire of the National Integration Camp, National Cub Bulbul Utsav, and the Golden Arrow Award Rally, which brought together over 400 scouts and guides from across the nation.
In his address, Sh Gautam commended the Bharat Scouts and Guides for their firm commitment to fostering youth development through innovative activities. He specifically lauded the National Integration Camp, aligning it with the vision of a united and prosperous India, “Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat”, as articulated by Prime Minister, Sh Narendra Modi.Dr. Anil Kumar Jain, former Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) and President of the Bharat Scouts and Guides, presented the prestigious Golden Arrow Award Certificates to the Cubs and Bulbuls.
The evening also saw Dr. Jain, along with Dr. K.K. Khandelwal, IAS (Retd.), Chief National Commissioner of the Bharat Scouts and Guides, honor Sh. Bablu Goswami, Assistant Director, for completing the highest adult leader trainer course, and Sh. Yaspal Hooda, Youth Coordinator, for his completion of the unit leader training course.
The event culminated with a vibrant cultural programme presented by the enthusiastic participants, showcasing the rich diversity of India and further emphasizing the importance of unity and shared values.
