PSPCL Kharar Division Issues Nodal Complaint Cell Numbers for its Consumers

These Numbers to work in addition to Centralised Helpline 1912

To help its Consumers in redressing power supply related complaints Senior Executive Engineer, Operation Division, PSPCL Kharar Er. Inder Preet Singh has issued the Nodal Complaint Centres Number working in the Kharar Division.

He informed that various ways of registration of complaints have been provided by the PSPCL to its Consumers. In addition to these, Consumers can register the complaints by contacting the two Nodal Complaint Centres set up under Operation Division Kharar.

Divulging the Area wise details, he said that Nodal Complaint Center-1 having contact number 96461-19169 caters to the Shivalik City, Chandigarh Road, Sunny Enclave, Sector 125/124, GTB Nagar, Shivjot, Gillco, Sector 127, Model Town, Kila Bazar, Kurali city, Majra, Majri, Khijrabad, Eco City 2 Etc.

Similarly, Nodal Complaint Center-2 with contact number 96461-19014 rececives problems related to all colonies over landran road, Gharuan, Morinda, Khanpur, Kurali Road, Jhanjerhi and surrounding villages Majaat, Majaatri, Khuni Majra, Badala Road, Nawa Shehar etc.

He added that further, Consumer can register the complaints through PSPCL Consumer Service App and can also check the current status of the feeder through which supply is given to the area of the consumer. Consumer can also contact toll free number 1912 for registration of the complaint.
