Tsering Yangchen and Dhondup Tashi, Parliamentarians, Tibetan Parliament-in-Exile called on Governor Shri Shiv Pratap Shukla at Raj Bhavan, today. Chief Representative Officer Shimla Tsewang Phuntsok and Chief Representative Office Secretary Tenzin Palden were also present on the occasion.
