Haryana's Energy, Transport and Labor Minister Sh. Anil Vij responded regarding the powers of ministers over employee transfers, stating that "Ministers are part of the government, and not just ministers, but even an MLA's protocol is above that of the Chief Secretary.
It should remain above."Sh. Vij made this remark in response to questions asked by the media persons yesterday at the residence of former Education Minister Shri Ram Bilas Sharma in Gurugram. Media persons had inquired about some ministers demanding transfer powers from the Chief Minister and the Chief Minister denying the request.

When asked about the experience of hearing Janata Darbar and solving their problems, Sh.Vij said, "Earlier, Janata Darbar were held for the entire state. I have now stopped these for the state because the Chief Minister is handling these matters.
Now, Janata camp are held every Monday exclusively for Ambala Cantt." When asked again about resuming state-wide Janata Darbar, he reiterated, "I have closed the state-level Janata Darbar because the Chief Minister oversees the entire state's grievances."

When asked about rumors of Hooda leaving the Congress Party, Sh. Vij remarked that "Congress has nothing, and no one listens to Congress—not the public, nor the high command. Their role is finished."

When questioned about his reputation for reforming underperforming departments, Sh. Vij said that "Stand me on the road, and I can work right there. I do not even need departments, he said."
