Haryana Urban Local Bodies Minister, Sh. Vipul Goel said strict action will be taken against department officers who provide false information regarding the departmental work. Sh.Goel was presiding over a review meeting with the FMDA and Faridabad Municipal Corporation officers regarding the various developmental projects here today. 

Minister of State for Food, Civil Supplies, and Consumer Affairs, Sh. Rajesh Nagar was also present during the meeting. mSh. Vipul Goel warned the officers that any negligence in the work will not be tolerated. He also directed senior officers to take action in this matter after the meeting. During the meeting, ongoing development projects in FMDA areas were reviewed, and plans for future projects were also discussed.   

Sh. Vipul Goel directed officers to prepare a special action plan and a detailed report for beautifying the road from Sector 6 to Sector 37 in Faridabad. He further directed the officers to ensure a 24-hour supply of water and electricity, along with proper sewage facilities on this road. 

The Minister urged officers to work on plans that align with the Smart City concept and he also reviewed beautification plans for roads in Sectors 15, 16, 17, and others. While reviewing various projects, Sh. Goel said that the construction of the Jewar Airport connectivity road must be expedited.

He directed officers to promptly address any issues hindering its construction. He also directed that until the proposed road is completed, alternative routes should be strengthened. While taking the progress report of the work of FNG, he directed that there should be no delays. 

He also directed the realignment of Sector 82/87 roads as per the plan approved in the master plan. Addressing the issue of overflowing ponds in newly incorporated villages of the Faridabad Municipal Corporation, Minister of State for Food, Civil Supplies, and Consumer Affairs, Sh. Rajesh Nagar called for permanent solutions. Sh. Goel directed FMDA and the Municipal Corporation to create a detailed plan to resolve this issue effectively.

After hearing fraud complaints from affected individuals,Sh. Goel took a strong stance against builders accused of frauding people. He directed officers to summon such builders and take strict action against them. 

Former Chief Secretary, FMDA, Sh. DS Dhesi, Additional Chief Secretary, Sh. AK Singh, Commissioner and Secretary, Sh.Vikas Gupta, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Faridabad, Smt. A. Mona Sreenivas, Deputy Commissioner, Faridabad, Sh.  Vikram Yadav and various other officers also remained present during the meeting.
