Kuldip Singh Dhaliwal Meets with Sarpanches to Plan overall Development

Cabinet Minister S. Kuldip Singh Dhaliwal held a special meeting with the sarpanches of Ajnala constituency to discuss plans for the overall development of the area. He urged each sarpanch to prepare a proposal outlining the works to be done in their respective villages, prioritizing their needs.

The meeting, attended by all sarpanches and department officers, emphasized the importance of panchayats in democracy and village development. Dhaliwal stressed that villages should receive facilities comparable to cities in health, education, and infrastructure.

Mr Dhaliwal appealed to sarpanches to prepare proposals for village development and also instructed to officers to prioritize sarpanches' work and not ignore their concerns. Dhaliwal emphasized equal facilities for villages and cities in health, education, and infrastructure. Dhaliwal assured that the government has sufficient funds for development works. 

Dhaliwal instructed officials to cooperate with sarpanches in initiating village development projects. He expressed his dream of making Ajnala constituency the leading constituency in Punjab, seeking cooperation from all panchayats and departments.
