Christmas celebrations started with cake mixing ceremony

A cake mixing ceremony was organized today at Hotel AH 1 Best Western in Amritsar. It was dedicated to women empowerment. Sharanjit Kaur Aujla and Jasleen Kaur Aujla were present as chief guests in this event. Hotel manager Abhishek Raizada said that this ceremony is organized every year in the winter season for the celebration of Christmas. Just as Vaisakhi is celebrated in Punjab when the new crop arrives, similarly in the UK the new crop is started with cake mixing. 

In which many types of juices and alcohol are mixed with a lot of dry fruits and then it is reserved for 15 to 20 days. After that this cake is taken out on Christmas on 25 December and then distributed.Abhishek said that he has also linked this celebration with women empowerment. Because women take care of the health of the family and this cake is also excellent for health. 

He said that this ceremony is dedicated to all the women of his hotel without whom hospitality industry is incomplete.
