Dussehra Committee Kharar Facilitates Wedding for Needy Family's Daughter

The Dussehra Committee of Kharar recently organized the wedding of a needy family's daughter at the premises of Shri Parshuram Bhavan. On this occasion, Kamal Kishore Sharma, President of the Dussehra Committee, shared that every year, the committee arranges weddings for underprivileged families. This year, too, a wedding was organized for a needy family’s daughter.
Several prominent social workers from Kharar attended the event to give their blessings. The committee presented the bride and groom with traditional gifts and tokens of goodwill. Kamal Kishore Sharma also announced that on 10th October, on the auspicious occasion of Durga Ashtami, the second Shobha Yatra (grand procession) will be organized. Additionally, the grand Dussehra festival will be celebrated on 12th October at Maharaja Ajj Sarovar ground, where giant effigies of Ravana, Meghnath, and Kumbhkaran will be burned.
Several distinguished personalities attended the wedding, including social workers Parminder Singh Longia, Arvinder Singh, Manjit Singh Rinku, Shivcharan Pinky (President of Shri Ram Leela Dramatic Club Kharar), Vice President Varinder Bhama, Yogesh Kapil, Kharar Municipal Councilors Gurvinder Singh Cheema, Sohan Singh, Jasvir Singh, Mani Sidhu, and members from Radha Kripa Club Anjali Sethi and Lalita Kaushik. Other attendees included social workers Chander Kumar Jain, Nitin Jain, Pradeep Kumar Bunty, and other notable citizens and members of the Dussehra Committee.
