Punjab Minister for Tourism and Cultural Affairs, Investment Promotion, Labour and Hospitality Departments, Mrs Anmol Gagan Mann said that Public Welfare and Strengthening of the Health and Education sector will always remain the first and foremost agenda of the Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann led Government of Punjab.

Paying heed to the problems and grievances of the visitors at Suvidha Camp, Rani Majra held under the flagship programme of ‘Aap Di Sarkar Aap De Dwar’, the Minister said that it is the first time in the state that the Government is visiting residents at their doorsteps instead of the latter throng to Government Offices for their routine chores. 

All important officers like SDM, Tehsildar, District Social Security Officer (DSSO), District Food Supply Officer (DFSO), Station House Officer (SHO), District Welfare Officer (DWO), Kanugo, Patwari, SDO, Executive Engineer and others remain available to accept applications and deliver services during these camps. She said that the public facilitation is not limited to these camps instead they have also been empowered to dial a toll-free number 1076 to get 43 notified services at their door steps. She said that Hundreds of people availing the benefit of this home delivery of citizen services scheme that is gaining popularity among the citizens. 

By adding that the services being provided to the citizens through dial 1076, are most of those, for which earlier they had to visit SEWA Kendras or Government Offices and Now the Government representatives have been visiting their homes to provide the required services like Residence Certificate, Caste certificate, Income certificate, Birth/Death certificate, Fard, Labour Registration, Pension, Rural area certificate and others can be applied and delivered in camps. SDM (Additional Charge) Himanshu Gupta apprised the Minister that today’s camp has catered for residents of nearby villages Bahalpur, Shiamipur, Palhedi, Bhagat Majra and Ghandauli besides Rani Majra. He said that even Adhaar Card services were also provided to the residents.

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸੈਰ ਸਪਾਟਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰਕ ਮਾਮਲੇ, ਨਿਵੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰੋਤਸਾਹਨ, ਕਿਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਹੁਣਚਾਰੀ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ਼੍ਰੀਮਤੀ ਅਨਮੋਲ ਗਗਨ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਲੋਕ ਭਲਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਹਤ ਅਤੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਖੇਤਰ ਦੀ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤੀ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਪਹਿਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਏਜੰਡਾ ਰਹੇਗਾ। ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਫਲੈਗਸ਼ਿਪ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ 'ਆਪ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਆਪ ਦੇ ਦੁਆਰ' ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਰਾਣੀ ਮਾਜਰਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਲਾਏ ਗਏ ਸੁਵਿਧਾ ਕੈਂਪ ਚ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸਮੱਸਿਆਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਵਾਰ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਰੁਟੀਨ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਦਫ਼ਤਰਾਂ ਚ ਆਉਣ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਜਿੱਥੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਮਹੱਤਵਪੂਰਨ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਐਸ.ਡੀ.ਐਮ., ਤਹਿਸੀਲਦਾਰ, ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ (ਡੀ.ਐਸ.ਐਸ.ਓ.), ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਖੁਰਾਕ ਸਪਲਾਈ ਕੰਟਰੋਲਰ (ਡੀ.ਐਫ.ਐਸ.ਸੀ.), ਸਟੇਸ਼ਨ ਹਾਊਸ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ (ਐਸ.ਐਚ.ਓ.), ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਸਮਾਜਿਕ ਨਿਆਂਕਰਤਾ ਤੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਿਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਘੱਟ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਬਾਰੇ ਅਫ਼ਸਰ, ਕਾਨੂੰਗੋ, ਪਟਵਾਰੀ, ਐਸ.ਡੀ.ਓ., ਕਾਰਜਕਾਰੀ ਇੰਜੀਨੀਅਰ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਅਰਜ਼ੀਆਂ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ। 

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਸਹੂਲਤ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੈਂਪਾਂ ਤੱਕ ਹੀ ਸੀਮਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਟੋਲ-ਫ੍ਰੀ ਨੰਬਰ 1076 'ਤੇ ਡਾਇਲ ਕਰਕੇ 43 ਸੂਚਿਤ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਘਰ-ਘਰ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਪਹਿਲਕਦਮੀ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੈਂਕੜੇ ਲੋਕ ਘਰ ਬੈਠ ਕੇ ਹੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਇਸ ਸਕੀਮ ਦਾ ਲਾਭ ਉਠਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਰਮਨ ਪਿਆਰੀ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਡਾਇਲ 1076 ਰਾਹੀਂ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਜਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਅਜਿਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲਈ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੇਵਾ ਕੇਂਦਰਾਂ ਜਾਂ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਦਫਤਰਾਂ 'ਚ ਜਾਣਾ ਪੈਂਦਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਨੁਮਾਇੰਦੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ੀ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ, ਜਾਤੀ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ, ਆਮਦਨ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ, ਜਨਮ/ਮੌਤ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ, ਫਰਦ, ਲੇਬਰ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ, ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ, ਪੇਂਡੂ ਖੇਤਰ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੀਆਂ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। 

ਐਸ.ਡੀ.ਐਮ (ਵਾਧੂ ਚਾਰਜ) ਹਿਮਾਂਸ਼ੂ ਗੁਪਤਾ ਨੇ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣੂ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਅੱਜ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਕੈਂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਣੀ ਮਾਜਰਾ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਨੇੜਲੇ ਪਿੰਡਾਂ ਬਹਾਲਪੁਰ, ਸ਼ਿਆਮੀਪੁਰ, ਪਲਹੇੜੀ, ਭਗਤ ਮਾਜਰਾ ਅਤੇ ਘੰਡੌਲੀ ਦੇ ਵਸਨੀਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇੱਥੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਕਿਕੈਂਪ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਧਾਰ ਕਾਰਡ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਵੀ ਮੁਹੱਈਆ ਕਰਵਾਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
