Punjab CM Bhagwant Singh Mann on Saturday announced that he will lead the campaign during by-election for Jalandhar (West) assembly segment and ensure thumping victory of party candidate.

The Chief Minister said that he will personally seek votes for the party candidate on the pro-people and development oriented policies taken by the state government. He said that the state government has taken several historic initiatives due to which the people will vote for the party in the by-poll. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that he will ensure the thumping victory of the party candidate in the by-poll.

The Chief Minister further said that he will shift his base to Jalandhar in the coming days to ensure that party wins this seat with historic margin. Bhagwant Singh Mann said he will strategise and execute the campaign of the party from a rented house in the Jalandhar city. He said that he will live in this house for minimum two three days in a week and ensure Victory of party.

The Chief Minister said that even after elections the house in city will act as a CM camp office for the residents of Doaba and Majha region. He said that the residents of both these regions can come at this camp office for getting their routine works done. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that he will be personally available to people at this camp house for effective and immediate redressal of grievances of people.

The Chief Minister said that the state government is coming up with the noble idea of setting up CM’s help centres in every district of the state, so that people could avail the benefits of government services through them. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that a dedicated officer will be sitting at this centre and receiving the applications from the general public for getting their routine administrative works done. 

He said that the applications pertaining to the administrative works within the district will be sent to the concerned department, for immediate execution of the work, adding that the works related to the state government will be sent to his office from where it will be further sent to the administrative departments for their early resolution.

The Chief Minister said that CM’s dashboard will be continuously monitoring the entire activity, across the districts along with taking feedback from the general public regarding their applications and pending works. 

Bhagwant Singh Mann said that it will ensure the execution of routine works of the general public in a time bound and prompt manner. He said that the officers will be, regularly monitoring this dashboard to ensure that people do not phase any sort of inconvenience while getting their routine administrative works done.

सरकार द्वारा किये गये कार्यों के आधार पर वोट मांगने का ऐलान

पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री भगवंत सिंह मान ने शनिवार को ऐलान किया कि वह जालंधर (पश्चिमी) विधानसभा हलके के उप चुनाव दौरान प्रचार का नेतृत्व करेंगे और पार्टी उम्मीदवार की शानदार जीत सुनिश्चित करेंगे। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि वह राज्य सरकार की लोक-हितैषी और विकास समर्थकीय नीतियों बारे बताकर पार्टी उम्मीदवार के लिए निजी तौर पर वोट मांगेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार ने कई ऐतिहासिक पहलकदमियां की हैं, जिस कारण लोग उप चुनाव में पार्टी को वोट देंगे। भगवंत सिंह मान ने कहा कि वह उप चुनाव में पार्टी उम्मीदवार की ज़बरदस्त जीत यकीनी बनाएंगे।

मुख्यमंत्री ने आगे कहा कि वह आने वाले दिनों में जालंधर में स्थायी कैंप लगाएंगे जिससे पार्टी इस सीट को ऐतिहासिक अन्तर के साथ जीत सके। भगवंत सिंह मान ने कहा कि वह जालंधर शहर में किराये के मकान से पार्टी की चुनाव मुहिम की रणनीति बनाएंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि वह हफ़्ते में कम-से-कम दो से तीन दिन इस घर में रहेंगे और पार्टी की जीत सुनिश्चित करेंगे।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि मतदान के बाद भी यह घर दोआबा और माझा क्षेत्र के निवासियों के लिए मुख्यमंत्री के कैंप दफ़्तर के तौर पर काम करेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि इन दोनों क्षेत्रों के निवासी अपने रुटीन के काम करवाने के लिए इस कैंप दफ़्तर में आ सकते हैं। भगवंत सिंह मान ने कहा कि वह लोगों की शिकायतों के प्रभावशाली और तत्काल निपटारे के लिए इस कैंप हाऊस में लोगों के साथ निजी तौर पर उपस्थित रहेंगे।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि पंजाब सरकार राज्य के हर जिले में मुख्यमंत्री सहायता केंद्र स्थापित करने जा रही है जिससे लोग इनके द्वारा सरकारी सेवाओं का लाभ ले सकें। भगवंत सिंह मान ने बताया कि इस केंद्र में एक समर्पित अधिकारी बैठकर आम लोगों से उनके रोज़मर्रा के प्रशासनिक कार्यों के लिए आवेदनपत्र प्राप्त करेगा। उन्होंने बताया कि जिले से सम्बन्धित प्रशासनिक कार्यों बारे आवेदनपत्र सम्बन्धित विभागों को भेजे जाएंगे जिससे कार्य को तुरंत पूरा किया जा सके। 

राज्य सरकार से सम्बन्धित कार्यों संबंधी आवेदन मुख्यमंत्री को भेजे जाएंगे, जहाँ से जल्द हल के लिए इनको आगे प्रशासनिक विभागों को भेजा जायेगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि ‘मुख्यमंत्री डैशबोर्ड’ जिलों में आम लोगों से उनकी अर्ज़ियाँ और लम्बित कर्यों संबंधी फीडबैक लेने के साथ-साथ समूची गतिविधि की निरंतर निगरानी करेगा। 

भगवंत सिंह मान ने कहा कि यह आम जनता के रोजाना के कार्यों को समयबद्ध ढंग से पूरा करने को यकीनी बनाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि अधिकारी इस डैशबोर्ड की नियमत तौर पर निगरानी रखेंगे जिससे यह यकीनी बनाया जा सके कि लोगों को अपने आम प्रशासनिक कार्य करवाने के दौरान किसी किस्म की दिक्कत का सामना न करना पड़े।

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਵਿੱਚਰਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਜਲੰਧਰ (ਪੱਛਮੀ) ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਹਲਕੇ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿਮਨੀ ਚੋਣ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਕਰਨਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਜਿੱਤ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣਗੇ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਲੋਕ ਪੱਖੀ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਪੱਖੀ ਨੀਤੀਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਦੱਸ ਕੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਲਈ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਵੋਟਾਂ ਮੰਗਣਗੇ। 

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਕਈ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਪਹਿਲਕਦਮੀਆਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਲੋਕ ਜ਼ਿਮਨੀ ਚੋਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਵੋਟਾਂ ਪਾਉਣਗੇ। ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਜ਼ਿਮਨੀ ਚੋਣ ਵਿਚ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਬਰਦਸਤ ਜਿੱਤ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣਗੇ।ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਪੱਕੇ ਡੇਰੇ ਲਾਉਣਗੇ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਇਸ ਸੀਟ ਨੂੰ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਫ਼ਰਕ ਨਾਲ ਜਿੱਤ ਸਕੇ। 

ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਰਾਏ ਦੇ ਮਕਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਚੋਣ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਦੀ ਰਣਨੀਤੀ ਬਣਾਉਣਗੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਹਫ਼ਤੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ ਦੋ ਤੋਂ ਤਿੰਨ ਦਿਨ ਇਸ ਘਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੀ ਜਿੱਤ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣਗੇ।ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵੀ ਇਹ ਘਰ ਦੋਆਬਾ ਅਤੇ ਮਾਝਾ ਖੇਤਰ ਦੇ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਦੇ ਕੈਂਪ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਕੰਮ ਕਰੇਗਾ।

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਸਨੀਕ ਆਪਣੇ ਰੁਟੀਨ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਇਸ ਕੈਂਪ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਆ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵਸ਼ਾਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਫੌਰੀ ਨਿਪਟਾਰੇ ਲਈ ਇਸ ਕੈਂਪ ਹਾਊਸ ਵਿਖੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ।ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਹਰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਥਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਲੋਕ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਲਾਭ ਲੈ ਸਕਣ। 

ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਬੈਠ ਕੇ ਆਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨਿਕ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਲਈ ਦਰਖਾਸਤਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨਿਕ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਦਰਖਾਸਤਾਂ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜੀਆਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਕੰਮ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਨੇਪਰੇ ਚਾੜ੍ਹਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ। ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਅਰਜ਼ੀਆਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜੀਆਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ, ਜਿੱਥੋਂ ਛੇਤੀ ਹੱਲ ਲਈ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਗੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨਿਕ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ‘ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਡੈਸ਼ਬੋਰਡ’ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਅਰਜ਼ੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਬਕਾਇਆ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਫੀਡਬੈਕ ਲੈਣ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਸਮੁੱਚੀ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀ ਦੀ ਨਿਰੰਤਰ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਕਰੇਗਾ। ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਆਮ ਜਨਤਾ ਦੇ ਨਿੱਤ ਦੇ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਾਂਬੱਧ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਨੇਪਰੇ ਚਾੜ੍ਹਨ ਨੂੰ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਏਗਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਇਸ ਡੈਸ਼ਬੋਰਡ ਦੀ ਨਿਯਮਤ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਨਿਗਰਾਨੀ ਰੱਖਣਗੇ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਇਹ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕੇ ਕਿ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਮ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਕੀ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਿਸੇ ਕਿਸਮ ਦੀ ਦਿੱਕਤ ਦਾ ਸਾਹਮਣਾ ਨਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਵੇ।
