Wherever there are Congress governments in the country, old pension has been implemented. Congress candidate from Amritsar Lok Sabha constituency, Shri Gurjeet Singh Aujla expressed in the rallies organized at various places in Amritsar city that if the Congress government comes to power at the Centre, the old pension scheme will be restored in Punjab also.

During this, he said in his address that today there is a need to liberate the people of the country from the BJP government which is a threat to every section of the society. He said that Congress has worked for every section. 

Pension is the right of a retired person who has worked hard all his life and with the old pension scheme he spends his retirement life with full respect and wherever there are Congress governments, the old pension is applicable. 

He said that lies do not last long, people have come to know the reality of Modi. Congress is going to form the government in the country, due to which BJP leaders are nervous and are making nonsense statements. He further said that we need to strike together so that people can be freed from slavery. 

This can happen only if we make the Congress Party candidates victorious. Another rally in favor of Mr Aujla was also organized at Harjinder Palace near Chatiwind Canal. This rally was organized under the leadership of president Jagroop Singh.

On this occasion, former MLA Sardar Inderbir Singh Bularia, in-charge Mr. Akshay Nagra, Sarpanch Sukhraj Singh Randhawa, President NSUI Mr. Varun Chaudhary, former Chairman Mr. Dinesh Bassi, Councilor Mr. Vikas Soni, Councilor Mr. Harpandeep Singh Aujla, Councilor Mr. Dalbir Singh Mamanke, Councilor Mr. Jaswinder Singh Shergill and other workers were present. were present. 

At the time of the rally, the crowd of a few thousand youth said that Shri Aujla would win the Amritsar Lok Sabha seat with an overwhelming majority.
