Asserts That State Government is Solidly With The Farmers In This Hour Of Crisis

While expressing solidarity with the farmers of the state, the Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann on Thursday said that the state government is firmly standing with the food growers of the country in this hour of crisis.

Taking part in meeting with the farmers and the Union Ministers including Arjun Munda, Piyush Goyal and Nityanand Rai, the Chief Minister said that the incidents in the past few days were unfortunate and could have been avoided. 

He said that the use of drones to attack the agitating farmers is intolerable and the state government has already opposed it. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that after his direction the Deputy Commissioner of Patiala had vehemently raised this issue before the Deputy Commissioner of Ambala.

The Chief Minister said that the Internet services in three districts of the state have been suspended, which is adversely effecting the studies of the students. He said that these days exams are going on and online study is being done but the suspension of internet services is highly condemnable. 

Bhagwant Singh Mann said that he does not want any of the youth of the stand to stand before water cannon or tear gas shells.The Chief Minister said that the state government fully supports the demands being raised by the farmers of Punjab. 

He reiterated that barbed fences have been put on the borders of state with Haryana to segregate Punjab from India which is not fair. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that this type of step motherly treatment with the farmers of the state is unwarranted and undesirable.

The Chief Minister said that opposition labels them as ‘B’ team of the BJP but as a fact of matter AAP is the ‘A’ team of farmers. On the allegations of Haryana that Punjab is sponsoring farmers agitation, he said that should curfew be imposed in state for stopping peaceful protest of the farmers. 

Bhagwant Singh Mann said that they are not in politics for the sake of chairs and are not afraid of the threat regarding imposition of President’s rule in the state.The Chief Minister said that they are the advocates of the farmers and is participating in the meeting just because the food growers had desired so. 

Bhagwant Singh Mann said that he is personally keeping a tab over the entire situation adding that all the hospitals in the state have been put on high alert. He said that till yet 54 farmers have been seriously injured and the state government will provide them with free treatment.

The Chief Minister apprised the Union Ministers that the hard working and resilient farmers of the state had made the country self reliant in food production. He said that for this farmers had even exploited the only available natural resources of the state in terms of fertile soil and water. 

Bhagwant Singh Mann said that due to this the water table has reached in dark zone in majority of blocks across the state.The Chief Minister said that paddy is not the crop of state but state produces it just to fill the national food pool. 

He said that there are several challenges in the way of crop diversification. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that if the Union government release the funds under RDF to the state then the state government can compensate the farmers to encourage diversification.

The Chief Minister said that whether it is the issue of paddy management or any other issue, all are related to the economy of the farmers. However, he said that instead of solving it the Union government is giving cold shoulder to genuine issues of the farmers which is not right. 

Bhagwant Singh Mann said that it is unfortunate that the Union government is having apathetic approach towards the agrarian issues which is not in the interest of the country.The Chief Minister said that some anti social elements are trying to incite the farmers and damage the property.

He said that if someone incites the farmers then the state government will take stern action against him. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that for it the CCTV footages will be checked adding that even if any farmer wants to give statement in this regard it will also be recorded for further action.

Meanwhile, the Chief Minister said that next round of meeting will be held on Sunday evening. He said that consensus has been achieved at various points and more important issues will be resolved soon. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that he had already brought the Union government to talk to the farmers and this issue will be resolved through talks only.

The Chief Minister said that as custodian of the state he will not allow any section of society to suffer due to the protest. He said that all the supplies will be uninterruptedly assured in the state. Bhagwant Singh Mann said that he had asked the Union government to ensure that Haryana government does not bully the farmers of the state who are doing their protest peacefully.

पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री भगवंत सिंह मान ने आज राज्य के किसानों के साथ एकजुटता का प्रगटावा करते हुए कहा कि राज्य सरकार इस संकट की घड़ी में देश के अनाज उत्पादकों के साथ मज़बूती से खड़ी है। केंद्रीय मंत्रियों अर्जुन मुंड़ा, पीयूष गोयल और नित्यानन्द समेत किसानों के साथ मीटिंग में हिस्सा लेते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि पिछले कुछ दिनों में घटी घटनाएँ दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण थीं और इनको टाला जा सकता था। 

उन्होंने कहा कि आंदोलनकारी किसानों पर हमला करने के लिए ड्रोन का प्रयोग असहनीय है और राज्य सरकार पहले ही इसका विरोध कर चुकी है। भगवंत सिंह मान ने कहा कि उनके निर्देशों के बाद पटियाला के डिप्टी कमिश्नर ने अम्बाला के डिप्टी कमिश्नर के समक्ष यह मुद्दा ज़ोरदार ढंग से उठाया था।  मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य के तीन जिलों में इन्टरनेट सेवाएं निरस्त कर दी गई हैं, जिससे विद्यार्थियों की पढ़ाई पर बुरा प्रभाव पड़ रहा है। 

उन्होंने कहा कि इन दिनों परीक्षाएंचल रही हैं और ऑनलाइन पढ़ाई की जा रही है, परन्तु इन्टरनेट सेवाओं को निरस्त करना अति-निंदनीय है। भगवंत सिंह मान ने कहा कि वह नहीं चाहते कि राज्य का कोई भी नौजवान वॉटर केनन या आँसू गैस के गोले के आगे खड़ा हो।मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार पंजाब के किसानों द्वारा उठाई जा रही माँगों का पूरा समर्थन करती है। 

उन्होंने दोहराया कि पंजाब को भारत से अलग करने के लिए हरियाणा के साथ लगती राज्य की सरहदों पर कँटीली तारें लगाई गई हैं, जोकि जायज़ नहीं है। भगवंत सिंह मान ने कहा कि राज्य के किसानों के साथ इस तरह का सौतेली माँ वाला सलूक ग़ैर-वाजि़ब और अति-निंदनीय है।मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि विरोधी पक्ष उनको भाजपा की ‘बी’ टीम बताती है परन्तु वास्तव में ‘आप’ किसानों की ‘ए’ टीम है।

हरियाणा द्वारा पंजाब किसान आंदोलन को स्पांसर करने के दोषों पर उन्होंने कहा कि किसानों के शांतमयी प्रदर्शन को रोकने के लिए राज्य में क्र्फयू नहीं लगाया जा सकता बल्कि किसानों की जायज़ माँगों का हल किया जाना चाहिए। भगवंत सिंह मान ने कहा कि वह कुर्सियों की ख़ातिर राजनीति में नहीं हैं और न ही राज्य में राष्ट्रपति शासन लागू करने की अफ़वाहों या धमकियों से हम डरते हैं।  

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि वह किसानों के हिमायती हैं और मीटिंग में केवल इसलिए हिस्सा ले रहे हैं क्योंकि यह अनाज उत्पादकों की इच्छा थी। भगवंत सिंह मान ने कहा कि वह पूरी स्थिति पर निजी तौर पर नजऱ रख रहे हैं और राज्य के सभी अस्पतालों को हाई अलर्ट पर रखा गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि अब तक 54 किसान गंभीर रूप से जख़़्मी हो चुके हैं और राज्य सरकार उनको मुफ़्त इलाज उपलब्ध करवा रही है।  

मुख्यमंत्री ने केंद्रीय मंत्रियों को बताया कि राज्य के मेहनती किसानों ने देश को अनाज उत्पादन में आत्म-निर्भर बनाया है। उन्होंने कहा कि इसलिए किसानों ने राज्य की उपजाऊ मिट्टी और पानी के रूप में उपलब्ध प्राकृतिक संसाधनों का भी शोषण किया है। भगवंत सिंह मान ने कहा कि इस कारण राज्य भर के ज़्यादातर ब्लॉकों में पानी का स्तर डार्क ज़ोन में पहुँच गया है। 

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि धान की फ़सल राज्य की फ़सल नहीं है, बल्कि राज्य इसकी पैदावार राष्ट्रीय अन्न भंडार को भरने के लिए करता है। उन्होंने कहा कि फ़सलीय विविधता के रास्ते में कई चुनौतियाँ हैं, जिसको हल किया जाना ज़रूरी है। भगवंत सिंह मान ने कहा कि यदि केंद्र सरकार राज्य को आरडीएफ के अंतर्गत रोके गए फंड जारी करती है तो राज्य सरकार कृषि विविधता को प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए किसानों को मुआवज़ा दे सकती है।  

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि धान की फ़सल प्रबंधन का मुद्दा हो या कोई अन्य मुद्दा, सब किसानों की आर्थिकता के साथ जुड़े हुए हैं। हालाँकि उन्होंने कहा कि केंद्र सरकार इसको हल करने की बजाय किसानों के असली मुद्दों को ठंडे बस्ते में डाल रही है जोकि ठीक नहीं है। भगवंत सिंह मान ने कहा कि यह दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है कि केंद्र सरकार कृषि मसलों के प्रति उदासीन पहुँच अपना रही है जो देश के हित में नहीं है।  

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि कुछ समाज विरोधी तत्व किसानों को भडक़ाने और जायदाद को नुकसान पहुँचाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि यदि कोई किसानों को उकसाता है तो राज्य सरकार उसके खि़लाफ़ सख़्त कार्यवाही करेगी। भगवंत सिंह मान ने कहा कि इस सम्बन्धी सी.सी.टी.वी. की फुटेज चैक की जायेगी और यदि कोई किसान इस सम्बन्धी बयान देना चाहता है तो उसे भी दर्ज करके आगे की कार्यवाही की जायेगी।  

इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि अगले दौर की मीटिंग रविवार शाम को होगी। उन्होंने कहा कि अलग-अलग बिंदुओं पर सहमति बन गई है और अन्य अहम मुद्दों को जल्द ही हल कर लिया जायेगा। भगवंत सिंह मान ने कहा कि वह किसानों के साथ बातचीत करने के लिए केंद्र सरकार को पहले ही लेकर आए हैं और बातचीत के द्वारा ही इस मसले का हल किया जायेगा।  

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य के रखवाले होने के नाते वह धरने स्रह्य कारण समाज के किसी भी वर्ग को परेशान नहीं होने देंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य में सभी तरह की आपूर्ति निर्विघ्न रूप से सुनिश्चित बनाई जाएंगी। भगवंत सिंह मान ने कहा कि उन्होंने केंद्र सरकार को यह सुनिश्चित बनाने के लिए कहा है कि हरियाणा सरकार राज्य के किसानों के साथ धक्केशाही न करे जो शांतमयी ढंग से अपना धरना प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं।

ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਇਕਮੁੱਠਤਾ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਵਾ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਇਸ ਸੰਕਟ ਦੀ ਘੜੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਅਨਾਜ ਉਤਪਾਦਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹੀ ਹੈ। ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀਆਂ ਅਰਜੁਨ ਮੁੰਡਾ, ਪੀਯੂਸ਼ ਗੋਇਲ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਤਿਆਨੰਦ ਸਮੇਤ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੈਂਦਿਆਂ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਕੁਝ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਾਪਰੀਆਂ ਘਟਨਾਵਾਂ ਮੰਦਭਾਗੀਆਂ ਸਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਟਾਲਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਸੀ। 

ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅੰਦੋਲਨਕਾਰੀ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਹਮਲਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਡਰੋਨ ਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਅਸਹਿਣਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਵਿਰੋਧ ਕਰ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ। ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਦੇ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਨੇ ਅੰਬਾਲਾ ਦੇ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਅੱਗੇ ਇਹ ਮੁੱਦਾ ਜ਼ੋਰਦਾਰ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਉਠਾਇਆ ਸੀ।

ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਤਿੰਨ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੰਟਰਨੈੱਟ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਮੁਅੱਤਲ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ, ਜਿਸ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ’ਤੇ ਮਾੜਾ ਅਸਰ ਪੈ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਨ੍ਹੀਂ ਦਿਨੀਂ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆਵਾਂ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਇੰਟਰਨੈੱਟ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਅੱਤਲ ਕਰਨਾ ਅਤਿ ਨਿੰਦਣਯੋਗ ਹੈ। ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਕਿ ਸੂਬੇ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਵਾਟਰ ਕੈਨਨ ਜਾਂ ਅੱਥਰੂ ਗੈਸ ਦੇ ਗੋਲੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਹੋਵੇ।

ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਉਠਾਈਆਂ ਜਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਦਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੁਹਰਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਰਤ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਖ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਨਾਲ ਲੱਗਦੀਆਂ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਰਹੱਦਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਕੰਡਿਆਲੀ ਵਾੜ ਲਗਾਈ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਜਾਇਜ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਤਰੇਈ ਮਾਂ ਵਾਲਾ ਸਲੂਕ ਗੈਰਵਾਜਬ ਅਤੇ ਅਣਇੱਛਤ ਹੈ।

ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਧਿਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੀ ‘ਬੀ’ ਟੀਮ ਦੱਸਦੀ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਅਸਲ ਵਿੱਚ ‘ਆਪ’ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ‘ਏ’ ਟੀਮ ਹੈ। ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਅੰਦੋਲਨ ਨੂੰ ਸਪਾਂਸਰ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਦੋਸ਼ਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਾਂਤਮਈ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣ ਲਈ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਰਫਿਊ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਗਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਬਲਕਿ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਜਾਇਜ਼ ਮੰਗਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੱਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ । ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਕੁਰਸੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਖ਼ਾਤਰ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਹੀ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰਪਤੀ ਰਾਜ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਅਫਵਾਹਾਂ ਜਾਂ ਧਮਕੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਅਸੀਂ ਡਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ 

ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਿਮਾਇਤੀ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲੈ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਇਹ ਅਨਾਜ ਉਤਪਾਦਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਇੱਛਾ ਸੀ। ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਪੂਰੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ 'ਤੇ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ ਨਜ਼ਰ ਰੱਖ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਹਸਪਤਾਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹਾਈ ਅਲਰਟ 'ਤੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ 54 ਕਿਸਾਨ ਗੰਭੀਰ ਜ਼ਖ਼ਮੀ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਫ਼ਤ ਇਲਾਜ ਮੁੱਹਈਆ ਕਰਵਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ।

ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਮੰਤਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਮਿਹਨਤੀ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਅਨਾਜ ਉਤਪਾਦਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਤਮ ਨਿਰਭਰ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀ ਉਪਜਾਊ ਮਿੱਟੀ ਅਤੇ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਕੁਦਰਤੀ ਸਰੋਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਸ਼ੋਸ਼ਣ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਸੂਬੇ ਭਰ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਬਲਾਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਣੀ ਦਾ ਪੱਧਰ ਡਾਰਕ ਜ਼ੋਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।

ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਝੋਨਾ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੀ ਫ਼ਸਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਸਗੋਂ ਰਾਜ ਇਸ ਦੀ ਪੈਦਾਵਾਰ ਕੌਮੀ ਅੰਨ ਭੰਡਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਭਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਫ਼ਸਲੀ ਵਿਭਿੰਨਤਾ ਦੇ ਰਾਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਈ ਚੁਣੌਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਹੱਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਣਾ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ । ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਰਾਜ ਨੂੰ ਆਰਡੀਐਫ ਤਹਿਤ ਰੋਕੇ ਗਏ ਫੰਡ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਖੇਤੀ ਵਿਭਿੰਨਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ਾ ਦੇ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।

ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਝੋਨਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਨ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਦਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਜਾਂ ਕੋਈ ਹੋਰ ਮੁੱਦਾ, ਸਭ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਰਥਿਕਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਬਜਾਏ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਸਲ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਠੰਡੇ ਬਸਤੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਠੀਕ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਮੰਦਭਾਗਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਖੇਤੀ ਮਸਲਿਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਉਦਾਸੀਨ ਪਹੁੰਚ ਅਪਣਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਹਿੱਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।

ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕੁਝ ਸਮਾਜ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਅਨਸਰ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭੜਕਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਇਦਾਦ ਨੂੰ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਕਸਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਸੂਬਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਉਸ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕਰੇਗੀ। ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਸੀ.ਸੀ.ਟੀ.ਵੀ. ਦੀ ਫੁਟੇਜ ਚੈਕ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਬਿਆਨ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਕੇ ਅਗਲੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।

ਇਸ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਅਗਲੇ ਦੌਰ ਦੀ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਐਤਵਾਰ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਨੁਕਤਿਆਂ 'ਤੇ ਸਹਿਮਤੀ ਬਣ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਅਹਿਮ ਮੁੱਦਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਲਦੀ ਹੀ ਹੱਲ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਆਏ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਗੱਲਬਾਤ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਹੀ ਇਸ ਮਸਲੇ ਦਾ ਹੱਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਰਖਵਾਲੇ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਨਾਤੇ ਉਹ ਧਰਨੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਸਮਾਜ ਦੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਵਰਗ ਨੂੰ ਦੁਖੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਣ ਦੇਣਗੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੂਬੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਸਪਲਾਈਆਂ ਨਿਰਵਿਘਨ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਈਆਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ। ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਧੱਕੇਸ਼ਾਹੀ ਨਾ ਕਰੇ ਜੋ ਸ਼ਾਂਤਮਈ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਆਪਣਾ ਧਰਨਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
