Comedian Bharti Singh and her husband, Haarsh Limbachiyaa, have landed in legal trouble. Recently, it has been noted that, according to the Mumbai Narcotics Control Bureau, a 200-page chargesheet has been submitted to the court against the pair. They are currently free on bond after being detained in 2020 in connection with a drug case.
Meanwhile, if reports are to be believed, then NCB has said that 86.5 grams of cannabis were recovered from their house in a raid. “Both Bharti and her husband Haarsh Limbachiya accepted consumption of Ganja,” as quoted by ANI. The search was conducted as part of a probe by the NCB into alleged drug use in the entertainment industry, an NCB official said.
However, both the couples were granted bail after two days by the magistrate court on a bond of ₹15,000 each. The two were charged under the NDPS Act's sections 20(b)(ii)(A) (involving a small number of drugs), 8(c) (possession of drugs), and 27 (consumption of drugs).

Further, news agency ANI has tweeted and informed the public, “Mumbai NCB files a 200-page chargesheet against comedian Bharti Singh and her husband Harsh Limbachiya before the court.
