Vidhan Sabha Speaker Shri B.B.L. Butail called on U P A Chairperson and National Congress Chief Smt. Sonia Gandhi at New Delhi today.  It was as courtesy call. Sh B.B.L. Butail  also called on Smt. Ambika Soni and top central leadership as courtesy call and invited them to visit the Himachal Pradesh during monsoon season.
