Sudharshan Bhagat assumes charge of the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment

Sudarshan Bhagat took over as the Minister of State for the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment today. Interacting with the media after taking charge Shri Bhagat said that our priority is to ensure the implementation of the Ministry’s schemes to the grass root level, especially for the people of the North Eastern region. The Minister also added that any short comings in implementation of Ministry’s schemes shall be attended too immediately. Later the Minister was briefed on the key initiatives and policy frame work of the Ministry by the Secretary Social Justice & Empowerment Shri Sudhir Bhargava and Secretary Department of Disability Smt. Stuti Kakkar and other senior officials of the Ministry.
