Khanna Police Recovers 1 Kg Heroin, Three Accused Arrested

Dhruv Dahiya IPS, SSP/Khanna has disclosed by a press Conference that Khanna Police has achieved a great success today i.e. 05.10.18 under the guidelines of Jasvir Singh, PPS. SP/I/Khanna, Jagwinder Singh, PPS. DSP/I/Khanna, Harsimrat Singh, PPS, DSP/Samrala, Insp. Manjit Singh SHO/Samrala, ASI Sukhwinder Singh alongwith police party were checking the suspected vehicles/persons during the Nakabandi near PP/Bardhalan. During the checking, a Alto Car no. DL-2-CP-3306 was coming in speed from the Khanna side. With the help of barricades, police party stopped the Car. The Car occupants were identified as Sapinder Singh S/o Balkar Singh R/o Behla PS/City/TarnTaran & his accomplices were identified as Jagtar Singh @ Jagga S/o Ajit Singh R/o Saraye Amanat Khan and Hardeep Singh S/o Nishan Singh R/o Gandiwind PS/ Saraye Amanat Khan Distt. Tarn Taran. ASI Sukhwinder Singh called up Sh. Jasvir Singh PPS, SP/I/Khanna on the spot for the frisking of above said persons. During frisking, 300/300 gms of heroin has recovered from the possession of Sapinder Singh and Jagtar Singh each & 400 gms of heroin has recovered from the possession of Hardeep Singh. A case FIR No. 243, Dt. 05.10.18 U/S 21/61/85 NDPS Act P.S. Samrala has been registered & arrested the accused. The culprits are still being questioned & there is a possibility of major disclosures.
