Nightingale college of Nursing Narangwal under the aegis of Indo pacific Academy of Forensic Nursing Science organised Annual Conference at its campus on the theme Current Trends in Forensic Nursing Science & personality development .The conference was attended by scholars, Doctors, teaching faculty and students of nursing.The conference commence with Dr.Kirandeep Kaur Dhaliwal Asso.Prof. Govt. College Patiala & Secretary ,INPAFNUS discussed Forensic nursing an emerging trend . Dr.R.K.Gorea President, Indo Pacific Academy of  forensic Science gave information about Social Medical & Forensic Nursing .Later ,Sexual Harassment of women at work place issue was discussed by Dr. Bhullar Asso.Prof. Forensic Medicine Govt. Medical College,  Patiala. Dr.Sarbjit Singh Asst. 

Director DNA Profiling Dept. of Criminal Investigation Forensic Science, New Delhi. Principal CMC Ludhiana  Poonam R Singh gave information about Forensic Psychiatry. Topic Forensic Nursing Intervention for the Vulnerable Population was discussed by Dr.Paramjit Bawa Principal NINS.Sangrur & Vice president INPAFNUS. At the end Rajratan Gupta Asso. Prof of NCON discussed about importance of Personality development.While speaking at the moment Dr.Sarabjeer Singh , President , NCON said that  Forensic nursing is the fastest growing nursing subspecialty .Nurses need to spend significant time and efforts to employers about the value of having a forensic nurse on staff. According to him Such conferences are paramount to excel .He further added that positive efforts, hard work ,   along with  personality matters  to become achievers.
